Developing Women to Strengthen Our Communities
For more than 80 years, the JLM has responded to the needs of our community. We have awarded millions of dollars and countless volunteer hours to worthy organizations in Montgomery. Our focus area is "strengthening families." Our members are committed to improving the lives of others with programs that address areas such as parenting, health and well-being, early childhood intervention, life skills development, domestic violence, education and children and youth in general. Our membership of more than 800 women contributes over 20,000 hours in volunteer services each year. (read more)
