About the Initiative

Every Woman. All Things. is a campaign created by The Association of Junior Leagues International to restore balance, reclaim well-being, and reimagine a world where burnout, role strain, and the pressure to “do it all” are no longer the cost of being everything to everyone. The campaign focuses on the realities shaping women’s well-being, including caregiving, financial insecurity, shared responsibility and mental overload, and women & aging. Its mission is to raise awareness, foster community, and advance change

Event Overview
The Junior League of Montgomery is proud to host a special evening centered on women’s mental well-being through an intentional panel discussion and community-building mixer. This event will bring together women, community leaders, advocates, and partners for an honest conversation about the invisible weight many women carry and the support systems needed to help women thrive. Inspired by the national campaign’s vision, this gathering will create space for reflection, connection, and meaningful dialogue at the local level.

Why This Matters
Women are too often expected to carry careers, caregiving, emotional labor, community responsibility, and family obligations at once. Every Woman. All Things. calls on communities to rethink a culture that has normalized burnout and constant pressure, and to build pathways for stronger support and lasting change. Junior League members are uniquely positioned to lead this work through training, awareness, and community partnerships that turn lived experience into leadership and compassion into action.
