Taste 2018 Participating Vendor Form

 invites you to participate as a vendor for the

Vendor Exposure:

  • All vendors are listed in the program
  • All vendors are listed on the Junior League’s website
  • Acknowledgment in a number of advertising pieces
  • Exposure to potentially new customer base
  • Publicity from being involved with charitable event


Vendor Responsibilities:

  • Participating vendors provide a sampling or “taste” of your restaurant’s cuisine (or in the case of a non-restaurant vendor, your product).
  • Vendors will need to prepare approximately 1,200 samples.
  • Vendors are expected to be present on the day of the event to serve the food.
  • Food must be prepared before the event takes place.
  • Vendors must let us know prior to the event if you will need power. There is a $50 charge. Power drops will not be available the day of the event.
  • Vendors are responsible for decoration of their booth, table coverings and providing adequate signage to ensure maximum market exposure (2 rectangular tables and 2 chairs will be provided).
